We must make plans for the weekend again. Neil ([livejournal.com profile] mrssshhh) has suggested a vague plan about maybe heading over to his place at some point for some reason, and myself and [livejournal.com profile] arwel have expressed vague approval with the notion, but it's Thursday now and nothing firm has been decided. I don't know where Neil lives, so "popping over" involves considerably more planning and effort on my part than nipping over to [livejournal.com profile] ghostbritain's place or whatever. I need times, addresses, whether I need to pack clean underwear, and so forth.

Ideally, I'd hope to spend at least Sunday evening at home with [livejournal.com profile] bacony, but if I'm in Yorkshire on Sunday afternoon and I need to be in Yorkshire on Monday morning and there's a perfectly good bed at my Mum's house in Yorkshire, driving back and forth across the pennines is not so appealing... of course that's assuming the plan involves going over there on Saturday and staying the night. Which it may or may not I don't know.

I should also talk to Nook about the Halloween game. I'm assuming he's planning to play on into the night, which may necessitate sleeping over (removing another night at home). But he hasn't said for sure yet.

Grr, everything's so up in the air. I feel all apprehensive. This is not available as a Mood, so I will use Anxious.

There.

[livejournal.com profile] ghostbritain didn't know about the possible trip to [livejournal.com profile] mrssshhh's when I spoke to him last night. When I explained he was noncommital and mumbled stuff about Nev.

Well...

If this weekend isn't good for people, the next two are also totally possible, since my house will still be empty.

To be honest, I'd rather have you all here than some half arsed mixed group. Though lifting characters is possible, i've never been a big fan of it (remembers back to a WoD game with [livejournal.com profile] grendelchild and Gareth The Twat's werewolves never being in the same place over a four month campaign...)

So I call out to you now - do you want it this weekend? Or would you rather this all happen in a week / fortnight?

p.s. Someone please tell Sam & Nook to look here.

I'm up for it whenever. If we're going to be playing Fading Suns I'd rather the entire group be there. I've poked Sam and Nook with the e-mail stick.

As far as I can remember, I've no plans for the next 3 weekends (Omega winter party is on the 22nd) as I can't make the friday night dungeon at SoS, and I've no reason to go saturday night.

Someone make me a definate offer that I can put in my calendar

Waypoint? Don't forget the calculators, gaffer tape, circuit boards and garden sheds...

Sweet Jesus that still makes me laugh until I want to puke.

But will you sport a hat? Because looking through the other photos, that's what kit seems to consist of (unless you're taking the sub-blake's-seven-convention route that those who actually seem to have made the "effort" have).

What part of a hat is sci-fi?

The Halloween game...

...is definitely on Halloween - hence why I cannot attend as the 31st is also the night of Dobbsy's surprise party.

Apropos of nothing:

Bless you. Bless you, bless your digits, bless your little toes, both individually and as a digital mass.

You know why.
