We really must stop meeting like this
Oct. 30th, 2003 09:33 amWe must make plans for the weekend again. Neil (
mrssshhh) has suggested a vague plan about maybe heading over to his place at some point for some reason, and myself and
arwel have expressed vague approval with the notion, but it's Thursday now and nothing firm has been decided. I don't know where Neil lives, so "popping over" involves considerably more planning and effort on my part than nipping over to
ghostbritain's place or whatever. I need times, addresses, whether I need to pack clean underwear, and so forth.
Ideally, I'd hope to spend at least Sunday evening at home with
bacony, but if I'm in Yorkshire on Sunday afternoon and I need to be in Yorkshire on Monday morning and there's a perfectly good bed at my Mum's house in Yorkshire, driving back and forth across the pennines is not so appealing... of course that's assuming the plan involves going over there on Saturday and staying the night. Which it may or may not I don't know.
I should also talk to Nook about the Halloween game. I'm assuming he's planning to play on into the night, which may necessitate sleeping over (removing another night at home). But he hasn't said for sure yet.
Grr, everything's so up in the air. I feel all apprehensive. This is not available as a Mood, so I will use Anxious.
There.

Re: Well...
Date: 2003-10-31 02:43 am (UTC)Looking through the (six) photos on the site, there's only about three hats total... and I'm assuming this is the "Sub-Blake's-Seven-Convention" stuff you're talking about (at least the one on the right). As a counterpoint, I would draw your attention to this one.
I'm not certain, but I think Mr Dave Lascelle (the one in the hat in that photo you posted) was playing the part of a ref.
