Date: 2004-10-06 02:36 am (UTC)I think sound quality and post-processing may have had something to do with it - they did a reasonable job of echoey metal rooms, but the "outside on the mountains" scenes were quite poor. The actors did not look at all cold, there was clearly no wind to speak of, and they sounded like they were in a studio. Which they were. I get the impression that, in sound engineering, adding walls (i.e. echoes) is easy - taking them away is hard.
