Something for the Weekend

I'm in two minds about the coming weekend.

Gran's funeral is on Monday, and there is a SoS event over the weekend proper. My options are:

1) Spend weekend in Ilkley, possibly Birmingham, with Mum.
2) Spend weekend at SoS getting enormously drunk.

Both choices have advantages and drawbacks. It will be a tough call.

Hmmm ... in related news, I am considering giving Gemma's house a miss tonight. I can watch this week's Angel in Ilkley, and catch up on the previous episodes at my leisure, secure in the knowledge that I will not be falling behind... as is, I've arranged some house viewing tomorrow evening, so I'd be making the Manc-Skipton commute three days in a row. So much driving, so much petrol - and I wouldn't get to see Mum until Thursday.

Decisions, decisions.

Aww, I would not want to deprive you of sunshine!

I have not yet decided... there's still a good chance. After all it would be special to watch both episodes back to back on your big-o-vision.

No, dear, tomorrow evening. I haven't actually tried to contact you about it yet since it's still v far away...

This week:
MONDAY - meal at Rich & Al's.
TUESDAY - Angel at Gemma's.
WEDNESDAY - House hunting, Mornington cresceroad at 8pm (I can pick you up at home or the station).
THURSDAY - Ilkley.
FRIDAY - SoS or Ilkley.

I'm currently mulling over Tuesday and Friday.
