It's a Wikipedia, a free-access updateable encyclopaedia thing. Sort of like a communal knowledgedump. This one is theoretically a guide to live roleplay, though some people decided to include descriptions of "prominent" figures from the "community" (ie, people they know).
I was on the original campaigns committee. I didn't have masses of input in the actual creation, since I went home for the summer after the first few meetings, but I named the Khudan and laid out their general shape. Sense mineral? That was me.
Note that it says "had a hand in" rather than "responsible for".
I'm not sure about Russ. Weren't there four people on each committee for the first year? Also, I thought Russ was dreamy, I'm pretty sure I would remember spending any amount of time in a room with him.
I thought as much, I could tell it was probably the same person as created the Grand Designs page. You know, it saves your IP ... er ... I mean I should have smelled your foul hand in this, Andrews! or whatever.
