Curiously it actually makes perfect (if terribly spelled) sense... It's the front for a purchase order system with scanned invoice workflow isn't it? Grab an accountant and wring the specs from someone lower down the chain of command. The normal finance staff should give you a much better idea of what you need than the MD ever will.
