I just want to link this because of the first panel.

So, weekend was fun. Stayed in (lonely and alone) on Friday, because Si didn't invite me to his birthday and bacony didn't invite me on her date with stsquad, and everybody in the world has seen Sean of the Dead already and I don't want to see it by myself like a sad lonely person with no friends who's alone. Oh well, it gave me time to catch up on my Morrowind (level 3 now OOOH!), and also masturbation. This period of studied inactivity was interrupted by a phone call from Nook (ghostbritain) inviting me to go bowling on Saturday. This did mean missing Mufi's housewarming/birthday/whatever barbecue, but I haven't been bowling for a while and anyway Nook hadn't been invited to that so I was empathising.

Bowling was great. pkgem won both games, but the important thing is that I beat Nook. With a shovel.

Before, during and after the bowling (when we went back to Gem's house for Star Munchkin), there was booze. Cheap, plentiful booze. So plentiful that there was some left over the next day, so I was left with no option but to continue drinking the next day (though not actually until after we'd been to the pub to pick Si up for some belated birthday lovin' - far be it from me to hold a grudge). Also samharber bought me even more booze, in an apparent effort to get me drunk. He so wants me.

Ooh, that would be nifty. What are you doing on Thursday? ... oh, and what cinemas can you easily get to?

I am doing nothing.

As for cinemas, Cineworld Bradford is our usual haunt. It's comfy, although the occasional screen does smell of wee.

However, I'm fine going further afield.

I've just noticed that Thursday seems to be "odd times for Shaun of The Dead", but it's still manageable. I could get extras in to provide merriment in the gaps.

I have no idea where that cinematron of which you speak is. How are you for getting to the Warner Village near Leeds? It is large and plush and smells sweet as daisies.
