So apparently The Pirate Bay was helping people breach copyright

i think i'm about to have a heart attack and die from notsurprise.

EDITED TO ADD: Ironically I was listening to pirated music while writing that entry, and I didn't get it via BitTorrent.

Yeah tbh I was surprised the piratebay was up for as long as it was. Sites like Suprnova and Mininova and so on used to be up and down so fast it was hard to keep track. I assumed they were just being crushed by the INDUSTRY as a sort of reflex ...
