kingandyAs a desktop publishing package, Acrobat makes a nice SUCKS ELEPHANT BALLS.
EDIT: Admittedly, I am using an edition that's a couple of versions old. It's possible that by the current edition they've made it more obvious how to MAKE TEXT BOLD.
