Voting fever has not hit our office. There was some discussion of whether or not voting was compulsory, and one girl was heard to remark, "I don't really care who's ... in charge of ... whatever." I am reminded that, ill-informed and apathetic though I am, I at least care enough to go through with that cursory research and knee-jerk response.

Date: 2006-05-04 03:55 pm (UTC)I vote whenever I get told I can - Partly coz there were women who died to enable me to be able to vote and similarly to rob_e_coyote - so that I help to discourage the more idiotic of groups from getting anywhere near 'in'. (I also vote Green when I can!)
