Quickie

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO [livejournal.com profile] samharber

Yeah and all those other people who had birthdays on Monday etc

btw, Sam will be pleased to know his memory is already going - the 5bx plan explicitly says to start at the bottom level of chart 1 and do a couple of days at each level of each chart rather than (as he thought) see how much of each exercise you can do in the allotted time and determine your level from that. (Though it's hard to tell, with that site being white text on pale yellow. The PDF is clearer.)

(For those who are interested, I'm at level D- on chart 2. It's the pushups that are holding me back, though I think they're getting easier.)

Better than naval gazing, I guess.

Am very interested in your philosophy, and have downloaded your pamphlet.

Interesting use of colours on the website. They must really hate people.

The PDF can be downloaded from here.

Is it actually from the 1950's?

Originally from the 50's, but updated in the 70's.

I'm inspired to give myself a vigorous rub down with a rough towel....

I like the idea of levels and things. It make its sound like you are attaining Dragonball Z-like ability.
