Quick USB port count

Front of computer: 2
Monitor (x2): 4

With two of the sockets at the computer rear taken up by the cables for the monitors^[1], that's a potential total of 12 USB sockets right there. I'm using two (keyboard and mouse, going through the monitor for convenience).

I can't help but feel like I need more gadgets...

[1] That's for the monitor USB sockets only - there's a separate video cable. Who would use USB for a monitor connection? Don't be mental.

The ones on the monitor(s) are definitely convenient for the mouse/keyboard arrangement, especially since we have to put our computers in the safe every night - it's one thing less to unplug! Mmm, hubby. I mean ... hub ... eee.

It's a bit naff, but works better than nothing... I've got an extension from the hub onto the desk so there's only one port visable and usable. Want More!!!
