kingandyPhew! My GBA arrived in the post. I was about to ring the woman again.
Oh, didn't I mention? I left it at the cottage in the Lake District. (I didn't even play with it once during the week, it fell out of my bag under the bed.)
Also arriving by kind courtesy of Pa Avion was Brontosaurus, a CD by an acapella group called Da Vinci's Notebook. I got it for one specific song[1] but it turns out the rest of the album is quite amusing also. (Though in all honesty, I did listen to a few samples first.)
I'm reasonably sure the GBA took longer to get to me from 70 miles away than the CD did from the USA. Good ol' Pa.
[1] I actually don't remember how I first found the song but I strongly suspect I wouldn't tell you even if I did.
