Another job interview tomorrow.  It is, indeed, all go.

In Who news: Ecclestone Quits.  Coincidentally, Outpost Gallifrey appears to be down...

RE: Ecclestone. I've lost a bit of respect for him. I mean, he must have known how Dr Who works, and signing up for one series was a very naughty thing to do. Typecasting? How could that not have occurred to him before he started? I dunno, I really dunt.

On a Radio One interview this week (or maybe late last week), he mentioned to Jo Wiley that he would 'consider' not definately do another series. It's actually downloadable as a sound file (the interview thing that is).

Of the people likely to take the role according to the BBC, I favour Richard E Grant or possibly Bill Nighy.
However, neither would be as good as [livejournal.com profile] myki.

Yay me! But have you considered the benefits of having an "actor" play the role? Izzard or Bill Bailey would do a bang up job. I'd like to see a hippy Who, wouldn't you?

Dr Who

Mikey if you don't even try for the role I will be disappointed. Everyone keep an eye out for how to apply.
