You know, I had a sneaking suspicion that the Samophlange quest in WoW was a reference to something.  A coincidental perusal of some Thundercats out-takes shed some light on it, and a quick websearch confirmed:

I'm so proud you went horde. Hehe samophlange. I'm lvl 54 now. Wait until you get to Un'Goro where there are the npcs Luigin and Muigin (Luigi and Mario), Spraggle Frock and Dadanga.

/silly is great. My favorite /silly for my character is "Once I laughed so hard I milked all over the floor!"
Also /flirt /cry
/purr /moo and many others
