I was going to put up a post about where Ant was and how to find him for anyone who fancied visiting, but by all accounts it sounds like he'll be home this afternoon. So! Let's hear it for procrastination.

Being Human

Ooh.

Have just watched the new BBC fantasy drama, "Being Human", which despite the advertising did not turn out to be a sitcom - though it is witty, in the same way The Empty Child was witty, or Blink, while at the same time being thoroughly grown-up. It takes itself seriously - but not in a po-faced way, it's more that it treats the subject matter with respect and maturity. It is Buffy for the British adult; it's what Hex should have been.
