Aug. 6th, 2004 11:49 amHeh. Some Green Lantern I'd make, I can't even out-willpower my own subconscious.
So I'm Kyle Rayner, and the Justice League is investigating some kind of incan temple or some such, fighting zombies. It's the animated version, though, so John Stewart is there too, and Kyle's costume is all wierd and stylized. (I remember thinking it was similar to that of Power Ring, but it also owed something to Son of Superman.) I made some of the zombies explode, which was cool. But then we had to disguse ourselves as clowns.
I don't know. I think it came from me thinking about costumes. But it became very important that I disguise myself as a clown Green Lantern. It started off as dungarees - again, I don't know - and then I thought the ensemble needed clown shoes. The important point, though, was that I couldn't get the dungarees to be green. They were black. Always black. I concentrated, and focussed, and tried to pour my will into it, but they resolutely remained devoid of colour. I could visualise it in my mind - green dungarees with the classic logo on the chest - but would it materialise? It would not. Eventually I gave up, at which point it became green. Damnit.
The dream went on for a while and there were more zombies. Green Lantern dreams are cool, it's like lucid dreaming only not.
I just thought I'd share.
BONUS: Every green lantern costume ever worn!
DOUBLE BONUS:

I could just browse that site all day.
