CLOWN CARS + D&D + Music

Saw a police car on the way to work today. It had the by-now-commonplace yellow-and-blue-checks on the side, except it really seriously went out of its way to cover the entire side of the vehicle (save windows and wheels, natch). Then I noticed, the roof and bonnet of the car were painted a bright red, leaving only a strip of white across the middle saying "ECILOP" (to be read in the rear view mirror).

Our noble police force are driving around in clown cars. Sad but true.
