It depends if you've got to the actual picture yet. Clicking the thumbnail above takes you to the gallery, from where you can click on the picture once again to reach the full image; from there you do as Ash says if you're using IE, hover the mouse until the expansion icon appears (in the bottom right). Firefox users just have to click the picture once more.
