Bolt Thrower were signed to warhammer records for a while, but they didn't go a low as D-Rok (1990), who even had songs about Chaos Space Marines and Genestealers and all sorts.
Funny thing was they even had Brian May play on one track.

I believe Sabbat were the first ever GW supported band, having a 7" flexi included in an issue of white dwarf. The song was called Blood For The Blood God. This was before 40k came out.
