FYI: Wedding plans

I will sleep in Stretford as normal on Friday and proceed to direct to Portmerion on Saturday morning for the weeding, where I (and![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
bacony) shall meet with anne_l_davies who has the key to the cottage.
Unfortunately I've forgotten who was offered space in our cottage at any given time. I have memory of arranging that amrssshhh would sleep in our cottage for the weekend then move to pkgem and Paul's after they go home (or their cottagemates do, or something like that). Then somebody else (possibly a batelf?) may have been onto our sofa, or into a bed vacated by somebody from our cottage going home. I'm reasonably sure there was only one guest at any given time, but most of the details have been pushed out of my head by NWO player brief. It is all a big blur to me.
So if you're under the impression that I have offered you bedspace, give us a shout so I don't forget you. As I say, I'm pretty sure we're not double booked, but currently the details are gone from my mind...

The way I understand it
Date: 2004-09-06 02:37 pm (UTC)Saturday night - Nook, Nev, Gem, Paul = see above. Sam is in own flat. Neil is staying at another flat. Si and Fluff have bunks in hallway.
Sunday night onwards - Paul & Gem have flat to themselves. Move into double bed room - change bedding.
Anne has the keys to a flat for the wedding so isn't staying at ours since our keys are in Wales (I have instructions).
In any event. Paul and I will have one set of keys and be occupying the twin-bed room. You and Nev will have the other set and will occupy the double-bed room. Everyone else has to come and go with us and if we have to many, they can pull straws for the bunks. It'll all be fine so long as we stick to these ground rules.

Date: 2004-09-06 02:43 pm (UTC)I strongly suspect Sam is the fourth official cottage occupant (along with myself, Anne and Bacon) but I am rather hazy on this point. Which is to say, I remember that, but I don't trust that my memory is accurate.
