I hate the whole "customer delight" thing. I went to a Kwik Fit once (in Radcliffe) to have my old mini's wheels balanced and steering aligned. They were nice guys, polite, friendly, did a good job and didn't rip me off. I would rate them highly. However, when I was rung the next day by some cheesy guy asking if I'd been "delighted" by the service, I couldn't bring myself to say I was. I mean, I was satisfied, 100%; I told the guy that. Delighted though? I mean, short of receiving a free kitten with every visit, I can honestly say that I'm never likely to be delighted by a visit to a car garage...
