Holy Days

Just so people know, I have booked three weeks of holiday this summer (which will save me taking an entire year's allowance in March again - our holidays run for the financial year and do not carry over), and they've been approved. I've booked a week either side of August Bank Holiday, and the week after arwel's wedding. This means it will be SUPER FUN HAPPY HAPPY ARWEL SUMMER (since August Bank is primarily Arwel's stag).

Admittedly Arwel himself won't necessarily be there except for the weekends, but he is the cause of my holidays, so.

A little more detail: For the UK-challenged, August Bank Holiday falls on the last weekend in August, which means I'll be available for japes and hijinx between the days of 21 August and 5 September (if I include the weekends). Forward propositions to the usual address. Then Arwel's wedding is on September 11, and the cheapest way to get accomodation for the weekend was actually to hire a cottage for the entire week following, and if we've got a cottage and spare holidays I thought I may as well make a week of it... that's the 11-19 September. Stalkers take note! I will be in Wales.

Which reminds me. Hey anne_l_davies, did you actually go ahead and book us a cottage? I can't remember how we left it. If you did, I owe you money. Otherwise ... do you have their contact details?

I must also finalise cottage details. The last plan had me staying in one for the weekend of the wedding, and another for the week after (so that pkgem gets to do doity stuff.

Proposition noted! If you book the day off work we can make a day of it. ISTR Nook has that fortnight off too, perhaps we could go to the park or play a one-off birthday RPG or something.

Yes, yes I have booked it. I have also paid the deposit, and banked Sam's cheque.

I have sent you more than one e-mail about this, which suggests thatI may have an incorrect e-mail address for you. You owe me £58.50. As does Bacon.
The money needs to be with the holiday company by July 24th at the absolute latest, so I need the money by July 1st, as this gives me time to pay the money into my bank, biff about for a bit, and send one big uber-cheque to the holiday people.
