Well, technically it runs out at the end of June anyway. She was letting us stay on as a favour, because she'd rather have people in the house than not. I suppose she's decided an empty house is actually worth more, because people can move in immediately.
Hmm ... squatting is an idea, certainly, but let's not forget that she does have a set of keys and knows several large burly men, and we're both out most of the day. And she would be, largely, in the right.
