Epiphany would get horribly teased at school. To compensate she'd start missing school and getting in trouble. Then its on to shoplifting, taking drugs and unsuitable boyfriends.
Before you know it your on Jerry Springer with some narky 17 year old with loads of earrings.

But to support bacony it would be a lovely name for a cat. Probablu highly ironic, but very cute.
