CoH: Idle plans

kingandyIdle work-time musings about heroes for CoH:
Seemingly a robotic lifeform that speaks about itself in the third person, "The Council" is actually a star-faring vessel carrying a crew of approximately 9,000 distinct alien beings. Being essentially an independent city-state, the ship is commanded by a council rather than a captain - which is how its name arose, being dubbed as such by Paragon City's press following a public address ("The council wishes it to be known..."). Luckily the crew operate at many times human speed, allowing them to debate even the trickiest of moral quandaries in less time than it takes to say.
Or something. If I actually create the hero, I may use a different name - give it a cheesy starship type name ("The Intrepid" or "The Indefatigable") or perhaps name it after the alien race (in response to identity queries, it would reply "we are Tktktkl" or whatever). But I kind of like "The Council".
