diegoliger to give me a bit of a workout (with weights and stretching). This is not a level of motion my body is used to; despite my somewhat active hobby, my day consists of driving a car to work and then sitting down for 7 hours (breaking for lunch, at which point I do generally walk to the shops).
My shoulders hate me. And my ears appear to have popped, what is up with that.
