Dear Microsoft,
I think you have misunderstood the point of the "communication preference" setting.
If I have specified that I do not wish Microsoft to contact me, that means that I do not wish Microsoft to contact me. It does not mean that I would like Microsoft to contact me to let me know that I have set my communication settings to "Do not contact me".
Also you appear to be misusing the phrase "Microsoft respects your privacy."
