Though I was sitting through it all thinking "I've heard this before, and I really don't know where" until I read the comments underneath and saw that part of it was used for the Father Ted lyrics ....
According to Wikipedia, the Divine Comedy did the theme to Father Ted, and later adapted it for an album track (the track used here is Ben Folds' cover version).
