Last night was D&D, which was nice.

myki impressed us all by detonating twenty peasants with a single spell (Fireball, and they were an enraged mob, so it's OK), then several of us were nearly taken out in the first round of a fight with a Yuan-ti abominablation. Am nearly out of arrows, so will soon have to switch to melee combat (slightly higher damage, but fewer and not-as-good attacks). Also,

pkgem's character (I don't remember his name, it's "G'em'ma" or something like that) has begun to display worrying signs of hobbit-fancying, describing my halfling as "that adorable little man". The only real downside was that Nook got drunk and forgot the time, which meant we didn't finish till about a quarter to midnight. Didn't get home till about half past, or something. But it's fine, I had a good sleep ansadfddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd

Raj requires a new exhaust, bless him. Scott has offered to come around on Saturday to help me acquire and fit one but I think, on reflection, I shall go instead to a proper Tyres and Exhaust garage, where they have actual ramps and will not die. Idiot.

nattydreadi used his to detonate dozens of defenceless children, and (almost) was heard to say "Hurray! I finally get to field-test this spell against live babies!" Shocking.

I use Kwik-Fit in Fallowfield (near Burger King, opposite the petrol station), they've always been reasonably cheap, and may have a Jan sale on at the moment, I know they have on tyres.

It's alright, I know one in Ilkley which is very good and cheap. Also close to where I am now! Huzzah!

He cannot help it. He's never seen hobbits before and now that he's met one, he just cannot help but feel drawn to his adorable cuteness. It could just be a mid-life crisis; I mean his main reason for coming to Saradousch was to esacpe his wife's nagging (and other, more IC personal reasons). Then again, maybe he just destined to be King or something...

I liked that he didn't seem notice Woodrun was a halfling until halfway through the session ("Oh, I see, you're one of those - what are they called - Hin? Charming rustic people..."). Did he think he was a child or something before then?

No, he knew you were a minature-sized man but he presumed that you'd been minaturised like with the opposite of the "Enlarge Person" spell (which I think is logically called "Reduce Person") or something. Then it clicked; you're one of those "hin-folk" he'd read about in "Tales from Other Less-Civilised Lands, ie: Not Mulhorand" tomes.
He always found you adorable.

I play a 6ft guy wandering around in a tin-suit (with a full-faced hawk-shaped helm on), Woodrun is about 3ft (at a guess) and has a rabbit hat, Talindra has boobs and flashes them a lot, Merkin is shaped like a barrel (I'm guessing) and has a long beard...

He's not got a particularly high Wisdom modifier does he? Well, at least he tries.

I do believe I'm in negative wisdom and only vaguely positive inteligence. It's not that your all the same... It's just... your not elves...

Anyway we're in a human city... Why wouldn't you be humans?

Actually he knows that Merkin is a dwarf and talindra is a half Human... But he just assumed that Hin were gifted human children..
