Torchwood transmission is now confirmed as follows:

Episodes 1 and 2 will be broadcast on BBC Three on October 22 at 9pm.
Both these episodes will then repeat on BBC Two on Wednesday, October 25 at
9pm.
From Sunday, October 29, one episode will premier on BBC Three and then
repeat on the following Wednesday on BBC Two.

How reliable that is, I don't know...

I think its supposed to be first episode both BBC1 and BBc3 simultaneously ( why ?)

then onto BBC3
then BBC1 in the new year

I've just now had some scheduling information through a mailing list, and it says stuff about repeats on BBC2 the following Wednesday.

That info's been cut-and-pasted from Outpost Gallifrey, so how reliable it is, I don't know.

I saw an advert on a bus that said when it was on BBC 3. I can't get BBC Three in either of my houses, so I figured I'd just wait until you either bought the DVD box set and threw the Torchwood DVD Party, or until it was thoroughly slated by all the internet authorities on Who...

Due to this timely reminder, I've just tried to set Tivo to record it.

Bizarrely it isn't listed yet, which is peculiar if it's meant to start in 10 days...
