The Sentient Crystals, we're told, look like normal races, but have angular lines on their faces.
There are also Golems, animate statues. The statue can be of any race, it doesn't affect your golem stats, you just look like a member of that race, but painted grey.
Demons can assume the form of any race, but i don't know how long it takes them to do this.
