Extraordinary

The League Of Gentlemen's Apocalypse was cool.  A solidly-made little number with some actual surprises.  David Warner is clearly having a hoot.

I managed to produce two weeks' worth of Special School strips this weekend.  That's that out of the way for a fortnight...

Tomorrow I to Kendal for working.  This means I will not be in Bolton.

I think that's all.

David Warner is in it? I'd heard bad things, but anything that has David Warner in is worth a look, I always say.

David Warner is as usual the best thing in it.

There is one uproarious line early on (to do with fishcakes, delivered predictably by Tubbs), but other than that I found it to be patchy at best.

LOG apocalypse, they tried to do something clever and failed.

I didn't 'get' a lot of it

Ive never found LOG funny, and i also find it rather creepy.

I normally like LOG - partly because it's creepy, I think - but unsure whether it will work well stretched to film length instead of 1/2 hour episodes. Think it's one I'll wait to see on DVD.
