Hmm.  Potential job opportunity in Kendal, which is about an hour and a half away.  Apparently it would be working from home three days a week, though, so it's probably an acceptable commute.

Will keep you posted.

UPDATE: Interview this afternoon! They clearly do not believe in hanging around.

I expect it may take you longer than 1 1/2 hours to commute to Kendal in the morning from Manchester. I used to commute between Manchester and Lancaster when I was training to teach and it took about that long during rush-hour. Kendal is an extra 30 mins or so north of Lancaster.

If its for only 2 days a week, you'd be OK.
