Damn, I'd hate to wash that out after filming. I played a role once where I had to cover myself in liquid latex to age about 80 years. It sucked.

It was a five hour makeup job, the prosthesis was destroyed when removed so they needed a new one for each day of filming.

You could do a massively simplified version though. The basic face stuff is fairly simple (multiple layers of different colours). Then back-comb and hair spray and spray colour your hair for a sort of tree like hair thingy.
