Weekend Cottaging
Nov. 12th, 2007 01:21 pmWeekend away was good, and I'm very glad I did something with my fortnight off work other than sit around the house. Sadly it turned out that it was not a general '77 Posse party but rather a specific birthday weekend for ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
nattydreadai and squidboy3_16. I'm still not sure whether this was me getting the wrong end of the stick, or if it had slipped everyone's mind because I hadn't mentioned it for so long. (I do that with my birthday. I tend to forget to mention it because, you know, me.) Well, whatever the case, much fun was had by all, and there was chocolate and cake and apple crumble and otters, and even some presents from people who did remember, so all was well.
All of which leads to the question of when to celebrate my actual birthday. I'm busy every night this week (except possibly tonight, which is probably a bit short notice), and away over the weekend. How busy are people the weekend after (the 24/25th weekend)? There could be house party or pubbage depending on what the landlady says.
