BITCHES

I really must try harder not to shout "Bitches!" at my monitor.

It's my current expletive of choice. I don't know why it's taken my fancy - possibly it's the idea that those listening may envisage some metaphorical group of wicked ladies who are foiling my every move - but nonetheless it is emerging from my orifice^[1] with alarming regularity and increasing volume. It's only up to "spoken" so far but it can only be a matter of time.

[1] What? We call it that sometimes, don’t we? "Orifice."

Spoken of at dinner

So in trying to think up a superhero costume (bear with me), I hit upon Val Halen from the Justice Friends segments of Dexter's laboratory.

Having looked up reference material, I'm coming to the conclusion that he is far too buff. (I accept that I don't quite measure up to heroic standards, but that cropped shirt (far right) demands abs, and I have none to give.) And anyway I'm not really very blond. So, barring time and determination to develop said sixpack, I'd probably do something easier.

However, I feel I should link this image which rocks so hard. (It's also the only picture that features Val Halen's ax.)
