Having skimmed the Battlehawk rules I am toying with the notion of playing.  It looks like such an insane, gleeful travesty.  If the institutionalised mis-spelling of "border" (q.v. "Boarderers") was not enough, witness the race that gets reductive armour where everyone else in the system has ablative.  And moves onto zombie-style locational hit points when they run out of global ones, rather than dying.  This is in exchange for the horrible, horrible restriction that you must dress all in black - oh, and never buy magic, but if you were planning on playing a warrior anyway...

So I'm thinking of playing one of those, with the Pioneer skill that allows you to go OOC to sleep.  (It is the only way to do this.)  I may even drive home at night.  I will then laugh at those huddled in the cold, starting fires and setting watches.  Laugh long and hearty.  HA HA HA.

On a related note, anyone have any black leather trousers I could borrow?

Have just arranged to have a man fit a new windscreen to Raj tomorrow morning.  Made two major mistakes:
  1. Allowed first place I rang to make an appointment.
  2. Admitted that I had not had any other quotes.
I fully intended to get a quote and ring around, but it was much less that I expected (£140 ex VAT) so I just let it through.  This is probably extortionate in fact.  Oh well, I will have a nice new windscreen out of it.  And it's not as though I can't comfortably afford it right now.

Berate me for my foolishness!  Impulse-buying a windscreen, I don't know.

So, anyone know how to hack a Netgear ME102?
