CoH: A review (sort of)

Now that I'm back at work and should be working (as opposed to in work at the weekend so actually working), I thought I'd post a few general opinions on City of Heroes. Just so people know.

I did eventually create that robot spaceship guy I mentioned - called him The Indefatigable, because it works a little better than The Council. Also people will have trouble spelling it. Hee hee hee. I've only played him through the tutorial, but he should be cool to play with. So now I've got a Mutant Tanker, a Technology Blaster and a Magic Defender ... I have a plan for a Science Controller, so I guess I need to do a Natural Scrapper too. Just to balance things out. Yeah.

* I can't pronounce MMORPG, so I'm not going to type it either.

The early stuff has dodgy art, but later on it's real nifty.

Just seen an advert for that Stephen King thing, the remake of the old Danish thing.

"STEPHEN KING'S VISIONARY NEW DRAMA" it said.

I suppose you could make a case for it being visionary, what with taking the old thing and "re-imagining" it a la Tim Burton. But can you really say "New"?
