Speaking of jobs...

What would it cost to commission you to draw pictures of 8 D&D characters, given a general description of the characters in question.

Probably one individual portrait of each one and maybe a group picture of all of them together?

Um ... I think last time somebody asked I charged them about £50. I do not know what that would equate to in Amerikan moneys.

That would be for an A4 (close to "letter" paper) size group shot. I'm not fantastic at portraits, I could maybe do full-length character pictures. Maybe £25 each. They would be a lot more work.

These prices are entirely arbitrary, and very negotiable.

Yeah I meant full length characters like those I have seen of you before. Plus your familiarity with DnD style crap is a bonus. Plus you know me and Moly and Nils, of whom there would be portraiture.

I shall relay this information to our group at the next session, which is slated for Saturday.

Apparently £50 is about $94.02, which split 8 ways runs about $12 a person, which is probably ok.

Thus £25 is 47.01, which may be a little much for some people as the whole set would then cost about $60 a person for something cool and completely frivilous.

It might be better to say that it would be $100 for the group pic which translates to 53.18 for you, if it was say perhaps $35 for an individual pic which is about 18.61 for you.

But as I say, I will present the original prices to the group, but I would expect they will tell me to negotiate for something more like what I have said above.

I am pretty 100% certain we will commission the group pic though. If you want me to give you a run down of the characters so you can think about it, let me know
