A good fun movie, with more comic moments than the four episodes of Babylon 5 put together.  I like a film to have humourous elements - not necessarlily gags or wisecracks, but comedy, which is a very different thing and usually involves the subject being discomforted.  The perfect comedy is totally reasonable, and even a logical outcome, in context - like wanging somebody in the face with a saucepan during a fight in the kitchen.  Believable, practical, obvious when you think about it.  But also halarius.

Natural reactions can be comedic as well.  Far too many people in this movie were coping admirably; I could have done with a few more people gagging in horror or wrinkling their noses in disgust.  Everybody here was either screaming or fine, no middle ground.

There were only a couple of plot holes, the main one being the graveyard scene (excellent fun and a good homage to any number of old zombie films, but didn't make much sense in the context of the pre-established T-Virus mechanics).  I'm trying to remember what the other one was.  Possibly the comical dodgy black guy appearing in the pilot seat of the chopper, but I can accept that one on the basis that it was supposed to be a surprise... and we hadn't actually seen him for a few scenes.  So that's OK.

OVERALL: I would see it again.  I may even buy it on DVD.  Perhaps I will wait for the 1&2 box-set.

I saw it before it was popular.

Mind you, I'd not mind the chance to touch you. Can we sort out some sort of schedule?

You don't need an appointment for anything less than a coach booking.
