Have skimmed Riftworld rules, and I am slightly more eager to play now. It looks like a lot of fun, the background is nicely detailed - though I am a little put off by the fact that slightly over a quarter of the pagecount is devoted to combat rules.
I am entertained by the notion of playing somebody with nothing but Teleport 2 and a shedload of Psi points (if I have done the maths correctly, 20 - 6 (Psi 2) - 2 (Teleport 1) - 2 (Teleport 2) = 10 CP = 40 Psi points (= 8 long-range teleports). Obviously this leaves me with no equipment or defence of any kind, but it would be funny.
The other notion rattling around my head is a Citier, as it gives me an excuse to buy lots of Cybergoth things. See, I have one Skills concept, and one Cultures. I am well-rounded. If only they were not mutually incompatible!

Having said that, various reasons have stopped me attending the next game, so I won't be there.
