100% mortgages are possible but there are downsides. I cannot remember these off-hand but as much as I trust is Sam and Nook as fellow house-buyers I'd speak to a mortgage consultant first. Which I'm sure you will anyway :-) I realise that you cannot afford to but right now but I like to keep bugging you because... actually, I have no good reason except it will be cool to have more people live near me :-) Must remember to bring my hoover to yours tonight.. if Paul will let me (he may have hoovering plans for me this weekend...)
