If you do want to squat, you want place a notice stating that under Section Six of the Criminal Law Act 1977 (and amended by the 1994 Criminal Justice Act) That they must get a summons from the courts.
Section 7 of the 77 act is involved somewhere in the process, I think. It's been ages since I did civil disobedience 101.
