I can empathise; I gave up looking for the Circle in Kings Row after I found it impossible to get onto rooftops. I got on one by way of a fire escape, but most of those only seem to go halfway up and the only visible enemies were right across the street. Went to Perez Park instead, with the help of Dark Tarot. But I never asked about it on the broadcast channel...
