Random dream
Apr. 28th, 2004 07:25 amHave not been having much sleep lately. As a dolphin once told Aquaman, the longer you go without sleep the more vivid your dreams. He also said "accurate" but I suspect this one may not in fact be prophetic.
Travis Fimmel was some kind of celebrity bungee jumper - son of somebody wealthy, he lived reclusively in his apartment near the top of a tall building, and had saved somebody from an untimely demise by tying a rope around himself and diving off something to grab them. (I think that part may have come from
ghostbritain's sprite rescuing a falling person in
arwel's D&D game on Saturday.) Because of this, he was reluctantly high profile. I played his mate, who knew him before he was famous and had his best interests in mind. There was som kind of multimedia presentation, and I had to talk him into or out of something (I think the men in suits wanted me to talk him into it, but I was playing my own game).
The only other thing I can remember is that, in order to justify him saving somebody through the power of bungee, I imagined him going about the place with a rope wrapped around him, under his baggy jumper.
Completely random but very entertaining.
I'll put up some kind of review of the weekend at some point but that's your lot for now. TEASER: Andy is a naughty boy. Knights of the Old Republic is very good. MORE LATER.
(ps. Why don't Ananova date their stories?)
