Well, I'd rather have a job than not (though the chances that they'd fire me and have to fork out recruitment moneys are minimal), and if I seem to be a Team Player there may be an actual pay review of sorts. Aside from all that, if the system is not rolled out in time, real actual people may suffer (the targets of the system, being patients in need of equipment).
It being so very important to the project there is in fact a slightly increased chance of actual overtime pay. Unpaid overtime as standard operational procedure is something Team Leader Will is starting to dig his heels in about.
Anyway, there was SoS two weeks ago and Maelstrom's just next week, so I find it hard to consider myself seriously hard done by for LARP.
