Bloody Doctor Who writers stealing my ideas

Ok, this isn't exactly the same; Rory has been researching actual science instead of watching TV, and they do go for one of the options my Doctor dismissed (which is sort of the point of my scene, whimsy over hard SF). But it's thematically similar enough to be really quite vexing.

Also startling, as I've had that scene rattling around in my head for a year or more. What are the odds it would make it into the show like a week after I finally sit down and write it?

Stupid psychic writers.

I remember thinking, many years ago, that they should really do some form of cartoon version of Star wars, possibly involving a lot of R2D2 and then abandoning the idea as 'bloody stupid, no idiot would ever make it'

Not long after that, the bastards made Droids despite my protests...

Those ninja spies get everywhere!

It is also blatantly clear that River Song is in Flashforward pretending to be an MI6 agent because of the wibbly wobbly timey whimey involved in that plot. At some point one of the other many British actors in that series will reveal themselves to be the Doctor... I am guessing it is going to be James Callis's so called 'time travelling autist' :)
