There's one thing I keep wondering about this comic - you, as far as I know, are British, so why set your comic in America? Why not write what you know?

Mr Harper isn't doing weights properly, his bicep is short he needs to extend his arm fully.

Tradition. America is the birthplace and home of the general superhero milieu that I'm trying to evoke, and UK superheroes usually come off as gimmicky and ethnic. Or gritty.

He doesn't do any weights (outside of hitting other people with them). His physique is a result of his body's hyper efficient energy-processing and storage facilities. His fatty reserves have to be able to store shedloads of energy, or maybe it works in an entirely different way ... all I know is, he eats crap and never works out.

And as far as anatomy goes, I basically wing it.
