The thing about norton is, that while they're the most successful anti virus program, they're not good at all. Uninstall it and install AVG Anti Virus and the Kerio firewall.

I have AVG and ZoneAlarm at home, but at work they told me to use Norton because they've bought actual licenses and stuff.

Eventually found out how to turn off the stupid code insertion thing, it was most annoying.
